Last week, Jacinta Peerik got pregnant with Goofy Kardinaal. She moved out to find her own place, as there wasn't enough room in Goofy's house for her and the baby. Besides that, Goofy was a romance Sim, and Jacinta - being a Knowledge/Family Sim just wanted more than that. I don't think I shared her stats yet, so here goes: Knowledge/Family, as mentioned, with the LTW to become Mad Scientist. That's not going to happen, because she had to transition into adulthood with max Logic to be able to get a job in science. She's a 5/5/5/5/10 Virgo.
As she was quite lonely now that she lived all by herself, the welcome wagon was a great way to make some new friends. She invited them over for lunch. There was a third one, but he or she (I forgot to write down who it was) left soon.
One of the townies stayed quite long, he kept watching tv while Jacinta wasn't even there anymore.
Jacinta was enjoying a nice bubble bath, as her back was sore from the pregnancy. I'm not sure she even realizes there's some guy sitting in her living room.
When the random guy had left, Jacinta used her throne of light to raise her motives. Such a lovely object it is.
When Berend Lillig walked by later that afternoon, she invited him to come inside.
She quickly rolled the want to become friends with him, and because she's a witch, that won't be very hard.
Mactoamicus!
It worked like a charm.
She and Berend talked about her baby. She was so very pregnant, there was no way denying that she was going to be a mother soon.
Berend didn't mind at all that she was almost due with another guy's baby. After a bit of flirting, they shared a kiss. And after a bit of kissing...
...they became best friends and fell in love at the same time. Jacinta knew it was soon, but she was lonely and really wanted her child to have a father figure. She asked Berend to move in with her. He accepts and brings in 17.000 Simoleons. Nice!! He also has quite a bunch of stuff in his inventory, which I sell for even more money.
Here he is after a little makeover. This was when I found out Berend was actually a Romance Sim. No way it was going to stay that way; Jacinta left Goofy because he was a Romance Sim and I really like her to live happily ever after and stuff. For now, Berend's LTW is to become Rock God, but that's probably going to change when I change his aspiration. He's a 2/8/2/6/7 Libra.
Being heavily pregnant doesn't stop Jacinta from celebrating her new love with Berend.
After their little celebration, Jacinta used the easle to gain some creativity skills. She can't be a mad scientist, but maybe she can enroll in the music career.
In the meantime Berend used the ReNuYuSenso Orb. Please don't roll pleasure, please don't roll pleasure... He rolled Fortune/Romance and his new LTW is to become Head of SCIA. His old LTW was more doable, as there only is an open position in Intelligence when a Sim tops Military (which isn't open yet), Science or Criminal.
Jacinta spent the evening skilling, while Berend was chatting online with some friends.
They are very much in love, and I really like them together!
The next morning, Jacinta went into labour!
She had a little boy named Tyler. He has black hair, just like his father Goofy Kardinaal.
Jacinta cuddled him for a bit, then putting him in his crib.
Berend had rolled the want to WooHoo, so that's what they did. They had to celebrate the birth of Tyler, of course.
Berend immediately loved Tyler, even though he wasn't his own son.
That afternoon, he decided he wanted Jacinta to be his wife. So he got on one knee and asked her to marry him.
Of course, Jacinta accepted the proposal. This was what she wanted all along!
Right after they got engaged, they get married. Next week, the Peerik household will be the Lillig household!
The next morning Berend went to the nursery to change Tyler's diaper, while Jacinta spent some time on her throne of light to take care of her needs.
It soon became clear why her motives were in red all the time: Pop! There's another baby on the way!
I decided I didn't like Jacinta's hair when her hat was off, so I changed it. Looks like she's still all over Berend, which is great as they are newlyweds and expecting a baby together!

This stray cat walked by. His name is Brock and Jacinta immediately rolled the want to have a pet.
Oh well, two babies and a stray cat, why the hell not? She befriended him and immediately adopted him.
Let's just hope he's a quick learner. Jacinta's pregnancy combined with the care of baby Tyler is really wearing her out, so that throne of light is very much needed!
Berend is the one taking care of Brock's bad behavior; Jacinta is mostly there for cuddles.
There's quite some work to do to turn Brock in the perfect house cat, though.
The next day, Jacinta gets her second pop. She seems so excited! Berend, however, prefers playing video games.
That evening, it's time for Tyler to be a toddler. Just in time, as his baby brother or sister is due tomorrow.
Here he is and oh God, his character... He's going to be a handfull: 2/8/9/6/1 Gemini.
Just like I said: a handful.
With another baby on the way, Jacinta wasted no time in starting to potty train Tyler.
Poor Brock seemed to be Tyler's favourite toy.
Berend's favourite toy is still the video game console. Jacinta joined him for once the next morning, beating him without any problem.
Tyler needed a bath and Berend took care of it, while processing his loss.
He quickly had to come back to the living room though: the baby was coming!
While Berend almost suffered a heart attack, Tyler didn't seem to care.
It's another boy! His name is Travis.
Tyler wasn't interested at all in his little brother, he went to play in his nursery.
They placed another cradle in the nursery (all the way right in this picture) and while Berend took care of newborn Travis, Jacinta put Tyler in his crib for his afternoon nap.
Jacinta wasn't lucky, it was Sunday evening and there still was no opening in Music. Maybe next week she'll try her luck with another career.
She did manage to max Charisma though, so it definitely had to be a career where that would come in handy.
And we'll end this week with Tyler, who was potty trained! Yay! Less diapers to change next week!
This was the final update for week 4. Next time, we'll go to uni!
