Last week, Philip and Mieke started their adult life in Crimson Falls. It didn't take long for Mieke to get knocked up, so she and Philip decided to tie the knot right away. They had twin girls: Stella and Naomi. Mieke lost her job due to a bad chance card, but she got it back right away. Philip also enrolled in a career, it's Business for him as I'm working towards another business district. Mieke got pregnant again, and by the end of the week the twins became toddlers and Mieke was very close to giving birth to their third child.
The week didn't start out good for poor Philip. I don't know what happened, probably the passing of Rianne? But he went into aspiration failure right away.
Luckily, one of his wishes was about to come true, as Mieke went into labour.
Neighbour (and uncle) Jonathan rushed inside to witness the birth of his new niece.

It didn't stop Philip and Mieke from trying for another baby, though.
Philip got promoted to level 3!
He was really starting to lose his mind, even though he's a Family Sim. Having three little kids was very hard on him.
And it was about to get even harder: Mieke was expecting their fourth child.
The twins getting potty trained made things a bit easier.
I'm not sure how he managed to do it, as his motives were quite low and he was very,
very tired, but Philip got promoted to level 4.
That night, it was birthday time for the youngest girl of the family.
Willow is a 2/10/5/7/3 Leo.
Three toddlers and another baby on the way... I don't envy Mieke nor Philip.
Poor Mieke. Being a knowledge Sim, it was really tough for her not to be able to go to work as much as she liked to. She needed a little help from the shrink to feel better.
The arrival of their fourth child came even closer as she had her second pop.
Philip called in sick, not because he was ill but because he really couldn't leave the heavily pregnant Mieke alone with three toddlers.
While Mieke spent most of the day sleeping, Philip was trying to take care of the girls as good as he could.

Besides hiring a nanny, Philip also hired a maid. Cleaning the house was really the lowest priority right now.
He was happy when the girls were all taking a nap, because it meant he could sleep a little, too. Despite the hard time they were having, Mieke was dreaming about their fourth baby.
Later that afternoon, Philip's big brother Matthew came by for a visit.
Mieke, Philip and Matthew raised their fun bars while a nanny was taking care of the girls.
Matthew was being a great help, looking after the girls so Philip and Mieke could rest for a bit.
Birthday time! Finally, the twins are about to become children.
Here they are. Naomi is the green one.
As a birthday gift, they got a big girls' bedroom.
They especially liked the dollhouse.
Willow got potty trained by Mieke, which also was a huge relief. It meant less diapers to change when the baby would arrive.
Just in time, because the new baby was already coming!
Stella was very excited to witness the birth of her baby brother.
His name is Elliott Crimson. Finally a boy, after three girls!
Mieke loved her kids to pieces, but she was very happy to be able to work again after the birth of Elliott. She immediately got promoted to level 2.
The twins had a little help with their homework.
Mieke was feeling a lot better now that she wasn't pregnant, for a change.
Philip got promoted to level 5. He's halfway through is career now!
I'm not sure how much kids ACR is planning to give them, but I was actually quite happy with four...
A little sisterly love. I love how two of their kids inherited Philip's green skin color.
Philip was so happy to have a son!
Stella might be a future Knowledge Sim. She keeps rolling wants to learn stuff, like relation therapy. I usually determine Sims' aspirations by rolling a dice, but I might change that sooner or later to make sure they roll something that actually suits their character.
It was birthday time for Willow! She aged up in a place where I couldn't take any pictures, so I'll just use this cute pic of her and Mieke.
And here she is as a child.
The last empty room was decorated to be a bedroom for Willow and Elliott. I'm quite happy about how it turned out, so now I'm really hoping there won't be a fifth child.
There was another birthday that day!
Elliott is a Gemini, 7/8/9/8/3. He also has the cute alien ears.
I also noticed that I have 13 households right now, which means I earned another city-owned community lot a while ago. Oops. I placed a sports-themed area to unlock the Athletic career!
