Last week, Sarah, Cassie and Brandon adopted a kitten named Pumpkin. Kimo, the cat they already had, was getting old. Brandon got a girlfriend, Ada, and Pumpkin and Kimo had two litter with a total of four kittens. Sadly, Sarah passed away by the end of the week, just moments before Cassie moved out to college. Brandon stayed home alone with the cats.
Despite Brandon being quite lonely, his social bar was never in red with all those cats around.
Playing a single teenage Sim was quite boring, so just like his neighbour Jacob Dorrestein, Brandon asked his girlfriend to move in with him.
Here she is after a little makeover: Ada van Achteren, a Fortune/Pleasure Sim with the LTW to become Hall of Famer. She's a Taurus, 5/5/3/8/4. I learnt my lesson from Jacob and Samantha, and immediately put Ada on birth control. I cheated to make her the same age as Brandon.
Ada is much more playful than Brandon, making them an interesting combination.
Ada found a part time job in the Athletic career, so she could start working on her LTW while she was still in school.
Kimo and Pumpkin were having a bit of a fight, while Brandon and Ada were having the opposite :-)

The three oldest kittens aged up. That's 4/20 for Brandon's LTW (Pumpkin was also a kitten when she was adopted by them)!
The three of them were put up for adoption immediately, and I'm sure they will find a nice home somewhere else in Crimson Falls.
As it was time to say goodbye to the three grown up kittens, it was also time to say goodbye to Kimo :-(
His grave was sent to the graveyard right away. Bye, Kimo!
On her first day of work, Ada got promoted to level 2!
Pumpkin wasn't very sad about the loss of Kimo. She and stray cat Buffie were having lots of fun.
Brandon and Ada were talking about their finances while having dinner together.
Buffie and Pumpkin tried for kittens, then got into a fight immediately after.
Though it was Brandon's wish to raise 20 puppies/kittens, Ada loved taking care of the cats, too.
The next morning, Brandon and Ada made some meals to store in the fridge. That way, they wouldn't have to cook every day.
I really like these two as a couple. They're so completely different and Ada's so much fun!
The last kitten also grew up and got put up for adoption. That's 5/20 for Brandon's LTW.
Brandon was always socializing with their neighbours and friends brought home from school.
Ada reached the top of her teen career!
She's so playful, it's adorable.
As I'm trying to get the Sim Multiplier op, it was time for Brandon and Ada to buy a community lot.

Brandon was having lots of fun doing the sales-part of their new business. But as it was quite a big shop, he couldn't handle it on his own for very long. So he went home without the business getting up any level - it doesn't matter, I just need businesses to get the Sim Multiplier up, the rules don't state the businesses should actually be of a certain level.
Again: Thank Plumbbob for birth control. These two are like rabbits.

She actually feels quite lonely, being the lonely cat in the house. But that won't be for long!
Because that night, she gives birth to two kittens, a male and a female.
I'm not sure if Brandon's thinking about his own adoption, or if he really wants to adopt a kid someday. Maybe they will - when they are adults, that is.
There was a burglar, who stole their car as the cop just stood there and watched it. I kind of yelled at my computer for it. It did open a new position in Law Enforcement though.
They do get some insurance money, though, but they are already busy with other stuff. Like I said; rabbits.
They both wished for money with the magic lamp, as I'm trying to unlock a second university.

As they're now adults, I took Ada off birth control. They immediately went for it.
I guess this can only mean one thing!
And just before the rotation was over, Brandon got a networking-thingy from his neighbour. He offered him a job in Law Enforcement, at level 4. As Brandon didn't had a job yet and also didn't have a career-related LTW (and there were a few openings in Law Enforcement), he accepted.
They donated §50,000 towards the university fund.
