Crimson Falls BACC - Week 9: Mauve II

Last week, Oscar Mauve and Lynn Tanaka got engaged while in college. Oscar, being a Romance/Family Sim, had rolled the want to propose and I let him before it turned into a fear. They both graduated and are about to start their adult lives together.

They were able to buy a small house for themselves and hopefully a future baby.

Let's check Lynn's stats first. She's a Family/Fortune Sim with the LTW to graduate 3 children from college. I'm not sure 3 kids is a great idea for this couple, but we'll see. She's a 4/10/4/4/3 Leo.

Oscar tried finding a job in Law Enforcement, but no luck today.

He got lucky with other things, though :-)

Lynn and Oscar had a nice lunch together in their new home. Right after, Lynn tried finding a job in the Education career but she als had no luck.

I totally missed the puking part so I'm not sure, but this might mean there's a baby on the way already!

Just past midnight, Lynn found a job in the Education career! She could start at level 3 and started the next morning.

Romance Sims will be Romance Sims... When his fiancée left for work, Oscar invited Marieke van Oosterom (Nolan's wife) over to WooHoo. I decided that he and Lynn would have an open relationship and set all jealousy on their home lot to 'none,' otherwise it would be next to impossible for a Family Sim and a Romance Sim to live together.

When Lynn came home, she got her first pop.


And the next morning, she got her second.


She came home with a promotion because of a good chance card.


By now, it was Friday and there still wasn't an opening in Law Enforcement. Oscar checked the computer and the newspaper every day, but no luck.



Yes, Lynn, that's what you get...

It's a boy! His name is Dean Tanaka.

Oscar loved being a dad and kept rolling wants for his little boy. I think Romance/Family might be the weirdest combination possible in The Sims.


Oscar rolled the want to learn Anger Management. I actually never use those life skills, but I let him anyway. I'm not sure what can be done with it, but well.

It's birthday time already!


Here's Dean as a toddler. I think he's a nice mix of both of his parents. He's an Aquarius, 2/3/7/10/8.

Lynn loved him to pieces. And that's where we'll end this week for the Mauve II household.
