Last week, Laurie was working hard to provide for her twin boys. By the time Atlas and Odin became children, she had quite a nice and steady income. She asked Armando, one of her lovers, to move in with her as she felt like it was time to settle down. By the end of the week, she was starting to feel a bit nauseous... Baby #3 is coming!
The Bruinig family moved into a new home! They now live next to the Dorrestein family (Jacob, Samantha, Caleb and Dana), and also in the same block as the Armadillo family (Max, Eleanor and Amara).
Now that they had a bigger house, they adopted Mani. She was the last Toto x Sally kitten to be adopted.
Before their baby was born, Armando proposed to Laurie. I kind of prepared for it by putting them in their formal wear, so they could tie the knot right away. The household name was changed to Verbon (Armando’s last name).
Especially Odin was so happy to have a pet now!
Time to meet Armando and Laurie’s little one.

Though Armando loved Atlas and Odin a lot, he was thrilled to have a son of his own now.
Laurie and Armando both got promoted on the same day. Laurie to level 7 of her Law career, Armando to level 5 of his Dance career.
The twins became best friends - finally.

More money, as Armando got promoted. His bonus and the magic lamp money were used for the savings accounts of the boys and to buy businesses.

Here’s Atlas, who rolled Popularity/Pleasure with the LTW to become Captain Hero. He’s straight and his IFS is 2. I think he really looks like Josiah.
Odin rolled Romance/Popularity, his LTW is to have 20 simultaneous best friends. He’s also straight and doesn’t want any kids. Lol, like that’s going to happen with a Romance Sim.

Thor had quite a challenging personality: he’s incredibly neat and outgoing, but also very lazy and a bit serious and mean.
I might have forgotten about Laurie’s LTW, but she definitely had not.

Just as I was trying to make up my mind about what to do with Armando and Laurie, as they weren’t supposed to get divorced but their relationship was kind of ruined now, this happened. Again.
I really feel like a bitch. But I decided not to make Laurie plea. The household name was changed back to Bruinig, and so was Laurie’s last name.
Oh Laurie, the body isn’t even cold yet… Well, it was a nice try to be a married lady.
Still being a Family Sim, she rolled the want to have another baby only hours after her husband passing away. As she has only 8 days before she will become an elder, there aren’t much options. So… trying to get pregnant was her #1 priority.
Some of her previous lovers were called (hi, David!) to WooHoo as much as possible to optimize her chances. Because if Laurie wants something, she’ll get it.
There was a burglar, but the alarm failed and the cops were too late. He only took the carpet.
Even the morning sickness didn’t make Laurie any less happy. Like I said: if she wants something, she’ll get it.
Despite they tried really hard, the twins didn’t enroll in college.
Just before the rotation was over, Laurie got the first pop of her last pregnancy. She was really stepping into her mom's footsteps: having three pregnancies with thee different fathers.
