Last week, Nolan and Marieke were enjoying the family life. They had two adorable kids, a dog and a big house: life seemed perfect for them. Little did Nolan know, Marieke was WooHooing their neighbour Oscar behind his back. Nolan proposed and they got married soon after. The twins grew up and they kept trying to have another baby, but by the end of last week, there was no sign of a pregnancy yet.
Last week I was still questioning why Marieke didn’t get pregnant yet... Now there seems to be a third child on its way!
Nolan was getting a little bored at home, so he decided to look for a job. He could start at level 6 of the Law career, and he went to work right away.
Marieke, whose secondary aspiration is Romance, took good use of Nolan being out of the house. She went outside to greet neighbour Max Armadillo in her underwear. They had two bolts and started flirting right away.
Oh, Max... I knew Marieke was able to cheat (she cheated with Oscar Mauve earlier), but I didn’t expect you to betray Eleanor like this.
When the kids came home, Max was long gone. One of the twins brought Bethany Mauve, and the three of them (and Rocky) hung out for a bit.
Nolan brought home a promotion on his very first day of work. Good job, dude!
Marieke obviously didn’t expect to be pregnant. I’m not surprised.
Now that he had a job, Nolan was extremely motivated to top it as soon as possible.
Gwyneth brought home Cleo Armadillo, but they don’t get along at all. Oh, if only she knew what her mom did with Cleo’s brother... yikes.
It won’t be long until Marieke’s and Nolan’s third child is born. I’m like, 99% sure Nolan is the father, as I can’t remember her WooHoo’ing with anyone else by the end of the last rotation. It would definitely bring some drama if the baby came out white, though!
Another promotion for Nolan. He’s definitely making some good money.
Just as Gwyneth and Moses were about to go to sleep, they were able to witness the birth of their little sibling.
It’s a girl! They named her Florence.
Nolan was over the moon with his little girl. He didn’t expect to have another baby after the twins.
Marieke had no shame. The very moment Nolan and the twins leave for work and school, she invited Max over.
Umm, Marieke? Didn’t you just give birth?!
Oh Lord. This time, I’m actually not sure who’s the father...
It’s time for the twins to become teens!
Here’s Moses. He rolled Knowledge/Fortune with the LTW to become Hall of Famer. He’s bi and would like to have one kid someday.
Here’s Gwyneth, who rolled Fortune/Pleasure. Her LTW is to become Professional Party Guest. Her ideal family size is 3 and she’s a lesbian.
Moses takes a job in the Athletic career. Gwyneth is less fortunate, as the Slacker career isn’t unlocked yet.
Instead, Gwyneth wishes for money. I think I need to focus on businesses a bit more.
Second pop! It looks like the baby will be born just before the rotation is over.
Moses was the one to help his little sister age up.
There she is. She looks a lot like her siblings, except for her grey eyes. She’s incredibly neat, pretty shy and very active.
On Sunday, late in the afternoon, Marieke went into labour. Nolan was there to witness the birth, very excited to have another baby.
I think it’s safe to say Nolan probably isn’t Cordelia’s father... And I’m not the only one who noticed.
That’s it for Nolan. He wants a divorce. And so Marieke leaves, taking half of the current family funds and her two youngest children with her. The twins stayed with Nolan.
He’s absolutely devastated and I feel so very sorry for him. What a sad ending for this family’s rotation.
