Crimson Falls BACC - Week 12: Van der Toorn II

And another new household in Crimson Falls: Christopher van der Toorn graduated last rotation. While he had some flings at college, but nothing too serious. He is about to start his adult life now.




Christopher bought a nice house, with some of the money his parents Noah and Els saved for him.


First things first: Christopher found a job at level 2 of the Business career.

The welcome wagon consisted of all playables: Stella Crimson, Morgan de Korte and Robert Hooghoeth.

Robert left quite quickly, but Christopher had a nice lunch with Morgan and Stella.

The next day, on his first day of work, he got a promotion right away. 

He invited one of his college flings over: Silvia Tate.

I think she’s adorable and I do like her better than Tosca, his other spouse option. It didn’t take long for Silvia to move in. 

Here she is after a little makeover. Silvia is a Knowledge/Popularity Sim with the LTW to become Education Minister. She’s incredibly neat and quite shy. Her ideal family size is 3, which might cause some problems as Christopher’s is 0.

Christopher isn’t really going to maintain that zero, I guess.

Because there weren’t jobs available that suited Silvia, she tried some other ways of making money.

Christopher did make some money: he got promoted because of a good chance card.

I’m not sure what it is with Christopher, but the next day he got another good chance card and therefore another promotion.

Christopher wasn’t all lucky, though: he started a fire. Thank God for fire alarms. It unlocked a position in Law Enforcement.

Early Saturday morning, they were in for a big surprise!

Christopher needed to gain some Logic skill points. I was praying for him not to get abducted.

We won’t see the birth of their child this rotation, but Silvia entered her last trimester.

Finally, on Sunday, there was an opening in the Education career. Silvia could start at level 2. 

Just before the rotation was over, Christopher bought a community lot. It’s a very small swimming pool, named Baby Shark. Let’s hope they have better inspiration naming their child next rotation.
