Crimson Falls BACC - Week 13: Retirement home

This week, the retirement home is pretty crowded. We have Sarabel Farijs, who lost her wife Maaike last week. Then we have Robin and Constantijn Plaatsjes, who also lived here last week. And new to the retirement home: Matthew, Magda, Philip and Mieke Crimson. Get ready for lots of deaths :-(

There’s still so much love between Constantijn and Robin. I’m a bit sad they’re both going to die soon.

It might be quite ambitious, but I’m hoping these elder Sims can make 100,000 Simoleons in one week so I can open another university. They’re all at level 10 of their jobs (except for Constantijn, who is at level 3 of this parttime job) so if they all live long enough, it might be possible. Sarabel started making money using the Gamer career reward. 

It was fun for Matthew and Philip, who are (half-)brothers, to end up living in the same home again. They spent a lot of time together.

Lol, they’re all so happy when they get home from work.

Constantijn was the first of them to pass away, only moments after returning home from his job. He looked like he saw it coming. Robin was devastated.

It wasn’t for long, though: the next day she was getting it on with her much younger coworker.

She couldn’t enjoy her new fling for long. On Wednesday, the Grim Reaper came back to reunite her with her late husband.

She was immediately followed by Sarabel, leaving only four residents in the retirement home. 

Earning 100,000 in one week seemed even a bit pessimistic, as they already reached that goal on Wednesday night! That’s +5 for the Sim Multiplier because they unlocked another university. The population went up from 11.400 (16.500 when CAS points included) to 12.350 (18.200).

There was a lot of painting involved to earn more money. It wouldn’t be for a university, but Philip, Mieke, Matthew and Magda always could send some money to their children.

Grim could’ve stayed the night, as the next day, he came back to take Magda with him. Matthew was so sad - and so was I.

The next day, a Friday, Matthew choose the exact same spot as his wife to pass away.

Philip was sad to see his older brother die, but having the house all to himself and his wife had his benefits.

Mieke was really missing the other elders around.

And she would soon be even more lonely, as on Sunday evening, the Grim Reaper returned.

Bye Philip, you will be missed. I was really hoping he wouldn’t die this rotation, as he was very likely to reach his LTW (marry off 6 children) later this rotation.

And so we end this week at the retirement home with a very sad Mieke. It started out so busy but in the end, she was the only one left.
