Last week, Simon was taking care of the children while Anne worked on her Slacker career: she topped it. Simon got a bit bored while being retired, he took up his old habits by going after some more ladies to WooHoo. By the end of the week, Vida was a teen and Otis was a child.
We start this week with Simon and Anne cuddling up in bed. I took Anne off of birth control, as she’s going to be an elder in 8 days and here odds to get pregnant aren’t that high anymore. I like playing it risky :-)
Anne maxed out her Charisma. She didn’t need it for her job or something, as she’s already at level 10, but she had rolled the want for it. Probably because of her LTW to max out all skills. I should definitely work on that more.
Speaking of Anne’s job: I let her quit te Slacker career (so that position is open now) so she could start at level 4 of the Business career. I really want more Sims to top that so I can get that Sim multiplier going.
It was Otis’ birthday. He rolled Romance/Fortune, with the LTW to have 20 simultaneous lovers (oh shit). He is straight and his ideal family size is 1. Lol, if he’s anything like his dad, that ain’t gonna happen!
On his first day of high school, he brought home Becca van der Voeten. Better start in that LTW as soon as possible, I guess. And she has the exact same LTW so this is a good start.
Vida found a teen job in the Journalism career.
Now that Anne was at work during the day, Simon could use that time to work on his want to WooHoo 10 different Sims. Linnea Easton and Marieke van Oosterom were happy to help him with that.
When Anne came home, with a promotion to level 5, the women were long gone.
Chloe van Achteren was Otis’ second victim lover. She also has the Romance aspiration, so I feel like no harm is done here. No hearts will be broken so far.
Vida maxed out her creativity skill, which really boosted her chances of getting into uni.
Otis kept bringing home girls from school, who he all tried to befriend. Once they are best friends, it’s much easier for them to fall in love.
Anne got promoted to level 6. Too bad it’s weekend now.
Vida also got a promotion that day. I really want to find her a girlfriend, but I’m not sure who would fit her. I might just hope she gets into uni and finds someone there.
Otis found a teen job in the Business career. He got promoted to level 2 on his first day of work.
Otis found a possible lover in the paper girl. They were hanging out (like she didn’t had to work...) while his mom was spying on the neighbours getting her logic skill up.
Anne actually did max out Logic. That’s 4 skills down, 3 to go!
Vida got promoted to the top of her teen career on Sunday, just in time for her college draw.
But first, she chatted a bit with a coworker Otis brought home. Her name is Annette and she’s also gay, so might be future spouse material for Vida! To be honest, her name was actually Anne, but as that was a bit confusing to me I changed it to Annette. I usually do that when names are too similar.
Vida had worked hard to have a good chance to get into uni. She had to roll below 68 to get in and she rolled 43, so off she goes! Otis didn’t roll the want to go to uni, so I didn’t roll for him.
This family paid 10,000 to the university fund.
