Crimson Falls BACC - Week 11: Kosmoskus

Current family members:

Last week, Ellie was having her hands full with her kids with ex-husband Simon: Ryder and the newborn twins Harper and Parker. She was also pregnant with Bryan's baby, which turned out to be babies: She had twins again, two girls named Leah and Ruthie. Shortly after they were born, Ellie and Bryan became elders. By the end of the week Ryder left for college, the first set of twins were kids and the second set of twins were toddlers.

Let's start this update with the youngest set of twins being all adorable.

Hey, look who Harper brought home from school! It's Chloe van Achteren - again.

Birthday time for the youngest twins! The left one is Leah, the right one is Ruthie. I love how Bryan in standing in the back, staring at his daughters so proudly.

I laughed so hard when I saw who the children brought home from school te next day. First was Gwyneth van Oosterom, Harper and Parker's cousin, which was fine. Then another one brought Ezra Mauve home; Harper and Parker's half brother (his biological parents are Simon and Cecily). Next was Otis Cooper, another half brother with another mother (Anne Cooper). It was like one big, unintended family reunion.

Now that all the kids went to school, Bryan spent most of his time using Ellie's career reward to make some money.

As the house was pretty quiet, and three of the kids had rolled the want, I let them adopt a cat. It's one of the Van der Storm litters of course, she goes by Tabitha now. I was looking for a name and when I came across Tabitha I knew that was the one, a my 20 month old daughter talks all day about 'tabitha,' which is her word for koala.

With all these outgoing kids, there were multiple classmates over every day. Lily Baker was there today, along with Chloe van Achteren and Otis Cooper (again).

Harper was the only one who didn't bring any friends today, but she hung out with Josh Philips. He walked by and as she will be a teen soon, it's never too early for spouse hunting!


For some reason, Simon came over that night. He met Parker and Harper - for the first time, actually. I never realized they didn't even know their father.

All kids loved Tabitha to pieces. But Leah loved her the most, she kept autonomously interacting with her. Don't mind Ruthie taking a nap on the couch.


Bryan got electrocuted while trying to repair the computer. I was glad he didn't die, as he was hme alone and no one could possibly save him.


Look who autonomously came over for Harper and Parker's birthday! It's Hunter, Ellie and Simon's oldest son. He had never met Leah and Ruthie before, so this was a great opportunity. And I really need to remember working on that family bonds more.

So, like I said: birthday time!


Here's Parker. He rolled Fortune/Knowledge with the LTW to become criminal mastermind. His ideal family size is 2.


Out of all four Simon and Ellie's kids, I think Harper is the prettiest. Though she has a pretty standard face, while I like the uniqueness of Hunter, Ryder and Parker. Harper rolled Romance/Family (oh no, I bet she's going to be just like her dad!) with the LTW to become hall of famer. She has an ideal family size of 4, which I think is quite ambitious for a Romance Sim.


Parker and Hunter really don't look anything alike. It's hard to believe they are actually full brothers!

       

Bryan fulfilled his lifetime want by having an anniversary party. I feel like this shouldn't be possible as they only got married while they were already close to being elders, so a golden anniversary isn!t exactly the case.


Ryder and Hunter were the only ones invited, but it was a nice little party.



They had a SSX contest and everyone, even Tabitha the cat, was watching. The party wasn't good enough to be a roof raiser, but they had a good time and Bryan is permaplat now so that's what counts.



I tried really hard to make a good family portrait for their anniversary, which was a real pain in the *** with 8 sims at the same time. I even managed to get the cat in. When I finally succeded, I noticed Parker was in his pajamas. I yelled at him for a bit, but didn't want to do it again. So here it is; their perfectly imperfect family portrait.



Harper invited Josh Philips over. They have two bolts together and after some flirting, they shared their first kiss.


After Josh left, Quentin Crimson walked by, so Harper - being a real romance Sim - went out to greet him. Always looking for lovers! They did play some rock, paper, scissors, but nothing else happened, though they have two bolts. She befriended him though, so who knows what the future holds!


Harper and Parker both had rolled the want to go to university. She had to roll lower than 18, but rolled 24, so she didn't get in. Parker's odds were slightly better, as he had to roll under 32 to draw for university. Sadly, he rolled 72 so also didn't get in.
This family paid 8,000 to the university fund. They could've paid more, but instead I decided to transmit 1,000 to the bank accounts of all four kids living at home now.
