Last week, Noah and Els welcomed their third child: a girl named Alison. As they just moved into a bigger house, they were definitely planning on having more kids. It didn't take long for Els to get pregnant again, but sadly, she miscarried. Noah fulfilled his lifetime want, and they adopted a cat named Midnight. Els found out she was pregnant again, just before their oldest son Gabriel turned into a teen. Gabriel had a crush on his classmate Debora and they shared their first kiss. By the end of the week, Alison became an adult and Els gave birth to twin boys: Theodore and Leopold!
I can't get over how cute Noah is. He seems so incredibly proud of his children, more than I've ever seen with other Sims. Sometimes he just walks into their room to watch them play. It's adorable. What's also adorable is Gabriel playing with Alison.
Els helped Alison with her homework.
Noah made an important phone call. It's something I had forgotten about over the past few rotations, but he had wanted it ever since week 8.
Els worked on her Charisma skill. She's now at level 7 of the Politics career, and in my ruleset the Military career is unlocked once someone tops Politics. I'm definitely planning on doing that this rotation - so no getting pregnant for you this time, ma'am!
Christopher and Midnight are still alive, in case you were wondering. They are just a tad boring at the moment.
The next morning, Noah was waiting for some very important package to arrive...
...their sixth child!
It's a little girl named Bethany, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that Els could even nurse her. Noah wanted to adopt a baby for two full rotations now, and as their house was big enough, I let him. Having three babies - and later, three toddlers - in the house would be intense, but I survived the Philips family so it wasn't going to stop me :-)
Besides that: The twins were about to become toddlers that same night!
Here's Theodore. I decided not to write down their personality points anymore, as I felt like no one (me included) ever cared about them, lol. So lets just put it into words: He's a very sloppy, yet outgoing and nice little boy.
His twin brother Leopold had a much more balanced character, but their faces looked quite alike.
Just a little spam of the happy family.
Yay for Els reaching level 8! We're getting close!
Having this many children wasn't hard on Noah and Els, but the nanny was definitely having a rough time taking care of them when Els and Noah were at work. She even peed herself as there wasn't any time for her to use the bathroom.
I feel like not giving Christopher and Alison enough attention in this update, so here's a pic of them. They do look alike, though Alison has Noah's chin. I still think Els and Noah don't make the prettiest babies, but I love them anyway.
Here it is, Christopher: your ten seconds of fame!
He rolled Fortune/Popularity with the LTW to... yeah, I forgot that one.
He immediately started helping out with the twins though, so I like him.
Els got promoted to level 9! I don't remember if she had a good chance card or was just being great at her job, but I could send her back to work right away so I did.
Oh, poor nanny. Again?!
SHE DID IT! Els topped Politics and unlocked the Military career for us!
And that's not the only thing to celebrate today, as it's also Bethany's birthday.
Despite not being related by blood, her personality is almost identical to Theodore's: very sloppy, very outgoing and very nice.
Never a dull moment with this many kids to take care of.
Bethany and Theodore were getting along great, probably because their personalities are the same.
Look at Els being all happy with her lovely family. Awwww.
As I don't expect them to have any more kids, this is quite a milestone: The last child being potty trained!
Birthday time!
Here they are, I'm starting to see some minor differences in their faces. Especially their chin.
I just had to use this picture, as I wanted to use it for this chapter's header and I love Theodore's face.
I furnished the last spare room for the twins, so they had their own bedroom.
Bethany didn't feel like learning how to talk, despite Gabriel trying.
And we'll end this week with both Gabriel and Christopher leaving for college!
